METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES FOR DETERMINING ECONOMIC DAMAGE AT A POULTRY FARM IN STRESSFUL SITUATIONS

Abstract. An attempt is made to investigate the presence, impact and extent of economic damage from specific local stresses in the process of production and economic activity of the poultry farm from the point of view of methodological aspects of the life of quails on the example of JSC "Uglich Poultry Farm". It notes the lack of elaboration of theoretical, methodological and practical provisions concerning the improvement of the conditions for growing and keeping quails, the mechanisms for the development of poultry enterprises in assessing the results of stress effects on poultry. The research tool is domestic and foreign standards, as well as methodological recommendations for ensuring compliance of the produced quail products with the international requirements of the quality and safety management system. For this purpose, a program of scientific research on the problems of stress factors in quail farming of poultry farms has been prepared. A set of methods of scientific research on the raised problem is proposed. For the first time, methodological approaches for calculating economic damage from local stresses in a poultry farm are presented. Proposals were formulated and tested to prevent stress in the conditions of industrial quail farming. The obtained research materials continue the vector of research and deepening of scientific developments on this issue in relation to the conditions of a particular poultry farm. The issues of economic assessment of stressful situations have not yet received proper consideration in the branch of science. In relation to such a specific bird species as the quail, this question remains completely unexplored to this day. The problem of its relevance is determined in the negative impact of local stresses on the level of safety and productivity of all age groups of the quail population, on the quality and safety of the products produced and the economy of the poultry farm, given the encouraging prospects for the development of this sub-sector of the agro-industrial complex in the country. Such work in methodological and practical aspects in quail farming is just beginning, which predetermined the significance of this study.

POSITION OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN IN THE GLOBAL DATE MARKET: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS

Abstract. A detailed analysis of the state of the date market in Azerbaijan and in the world is presented. In addition to being a major player in the global date market, Azerbaijan has managed to increase its market share from 13 to 21% over the past 5 years. Thus, compared to 2014, in 2018, our country increased the export of fresh dates by 83% and 2.2 times in physical volume. As a result, in 2018, 6.8% of Azerbaijan's non-oil exports were fresh dates and 94 % of domestically produced dates were exported. The competitiveness of Azerbaijani dates on the world market has led to an increase in the production of this product, and compared to 2000, the area of date gardens in 2018 increased by 2.9 times, and the production of dates-by 2.3 times. The export of dates from Azerbaijan depends mainly on the Russian market, and in 2018, 91.8 % of the exported dates were sent to Russia. This article also explores the current state of date exports in the country and puts forward proposals to diversify and increase exports and deepen date processing.

FORMATION AND MAXIMIZATION PROFITS OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract. In the current crisis conditions caused by the spread of the coronavirus, which has become a challenge for the economies of many developed countries, as well as for Russia, the issues of profitability of enterprises are of particular importance. Modern business conditions require improving the tools and technologies of enterprise management in order to increase the efficiency of their activities and maximize profits. Accordingly, methods are required that would help the management of enterprises to systematize and simplify the existing complex management structures and interactions, to understand the processes taking place in the enterprise from a new perspective. The article deals with the issues of forming and maximizing the profit of the dairy industry enterprises of the Rostov region. The task of analyzing the formation of profit of business entities in this field of activity and substantiating the direction of effective and most rational use of possible resources for generating profit, as well as its maximization, taking into account possible areas of optimization of existing activities. To solve this problem, a correlation and regression analysis was used, as a result of which statistically significant factors of profit forecasting were determined, respectively, the types of products were identified, the increase in production of which is advisable, since this is a factor of positive dynamics of gross profit.

METHODOLOGY OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE IN THE FIELD OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

Abstract. In the conditions of transformation of Russian economy the role of project management of innovation processes at the enterprise increases. Researches of tendencies of development of industrial enterprises, including mechanical engineering sphere, allow to draw conclusions, that at the modern stage of development of economy of Russia the majority of domestic industrial enterprises are capable to innovative activity, many of them successfully realize and can realize perspective research and development, effective innovative programs. It should be noted that successful innovative development of the enterprise is possible only if the transition to a new technological mode, which is based on the principles of the best available technologies, the implementation of which will allow energy and environmental modernization of the enterprise, increasing its competitiveness in the global market. The relevance of this article is determined by the fact that today for the innovative transformation of industrial enterprises, including enterprises in the field of mechanical engineering, it is important to ensure effective management of the process of innovation projects implementation, which is possible, including, at the expense of changing the applied methodological approach to it. According to the results of the research conclusions have been made that for the modern enterprise of mechanical engineering sphere it is important to make changes in the established practice of application of the methodology of project management of innovative activity at the expense of a conjunction of traditional and flexible methods of project management.

WAYS TO ACHIEVE THE EFFICIENCY OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY OF A MANUFACTURING ENTERPRISE

Abstract. In the context of the transformation of the Russian economy, innovation is becoming an important and necessary element of the sustainable development of industrial enterprises. It is the innovation, management innovation activities allow production companies to move to a new technological structure by introducing the best technologies that are the basis for energy and ecological modernization of industrial enterprises, which results in the increase of labour productivity and resource efficiency and cleaner production, increase financial stability and competitiveness in the world market. The relevance of this article is that it is important not only to introduce innovations, but also to increase their impact and efficiency. It is the achievement of the efficiency of innovation activity that is the goal of any manufacturing enterprise that has embarked on the path of innovative development. Today, in the process of introducing innovations, a manufacturing enterprise faces such problems as obsolescence of production assets, technological backwardness, lack of financing for innovation activities, lack of qualified specialists, etc. Very often there are difficulties in overcoming the situation, due to the break in the value chain when creating an innovative product, when there is a point of intersection of interests in creating an innovative product, but the result is not implemented in the product. According to the research results, it was concluded that for the modern production enterprise, the growth of efficiency of innovative activities is possible only if the digital transformation of the enterprise, because digital transformation of the enterprise's transition to a new level of innovation.

FORECASTING THE LEVEL OF VACANCY IN COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE IN ST. PETERSBURG

Abstract. The commercial real estate market can be called the most saturated, dynamic and promising at the same time: increasing interest in construction, sale, purchase and lease of commercial real estate stimulates the development of this area. In this regard, the study of retail real estate and its indicators on the market is relevant, thanks to which it is possible to predict further development. Based on the correlation-regression analysis, the article reveals the dependence of the vacancy rate of retail space on the change in the target audience of tenants in different districts of St. Petersburg. The aim of the study was to forecast the level of vacancy of retail premises in the Vyborg and Petrogradsky districts for the next 5 years. The analysis of the influence of the conjuncture of the district on the identification of the relationship between the indicators of the level of vacancy and the change in the population of the district. A direct relationship was obtained between the analyzed factors in the Vyborgsky district, and the specificity of the Petrogradsky district was revealed when finding a similar relationship. The proposed models can be used to predict the vacancy rate of retail space in other districts of St. Petersburg, as well as to identify areas in which the demand is most active for the implementation of investment or business activities in the field of retail real estate.

PREDICTING OF E-COMMERCE DINAMICS IN THE STRUCTURE OF RUSSIAN RETAIL

Abstract. Digitalization of the economy is a priority area of domestic policy in Russia, starting in 2019. The national project "Digital Economy" affects many industries, including the service sector. So, in this area, under the influence of the "digitalization" of the economy, there has been a tendency to transfer consumer demand to the Internet. The biggest change in customer experience is happening in retail. Many companies are optimizing their retail space by developing digital sales channels or going completely to the Internet. Some companies initially set up their businesses on digital platforms. This is how “dark stores” arose - stores whose assortment is presented on the company's website or in a mobile application, while there is no personal contact between the client and the organization. The processes of digitalization of retail began several years ago, but during the coronavirus pandemic, they accelerated several times, as evidenced by the growth in the turnover of Internet companies. The forecast showed that the significant rate of growth of e-turnover caused by the pandemic will slow down in the coming years, but the trend of the buyer and seller going online will continue, leading to structural changes in retail. The uniqueness of the situation caused by the pandemic lies in an unprecedented set of restrictive measures for businesses that do not have an exact date of cancellation at this moment, which greatly affects the forecast results. The purpose of the study is to predict changes in the structure of retail trade. Objectives: to analyze the dynamics of retail trade, including Internet trade, to characterize the impact of the pandemic on retail trade, to identify factors influencing structural changes in retail trade. Methods: correlation and regression analysis, comparative analysis.

GREEN FINANCE AS AN IMPORTANT TOOL FOR RUSSIA'S SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract. The article discusses the UN Sustainable Development Goals for 2016−2030 and their adaptation to Russian realities through the implementation of state policy in the field of environmental development. It provides for a set of measures that ensure the prospect of sustainable development of the territory through environmental financing, green bonds, green loans, green banks and green funds. The analysis of the programs of green development of Russia for the period up to 2050, developed by various state, economic, financial, credit and scientific institutions, is given. Among the proposed goals are an increase in the share of renewable energy sources (RES) in all energy sectors, a reduction in the energy intensity of Russia's GDP, a reduction in the volume of municipal solid waste and their maximum recycling. If implemented, the program will diversify the country's economy, eliminate its dependence on fossil fuels, and create new modern industries and jobs. An example of careful attitude to the environment for Russia is given by the author in Europe, where in 2020, for the first time in history, the share of renewable energy in energy production exceeded the share of fossil fuels. Attention is focused on the problems that may arise in Russia due to the fact that from 2023 the EU introduces a carbon tax on imported products manufactured with high greenhouse gas emissions. A positive example is the Russian company world leader in the aluminum industry RUSAL, which spent a lot of environmental action, has achieved series production grade aluminum ALLOW, which have significantly lower carbon footprint of the industry average. Highlighted the issues of formation of the market of concessional financing in the world, the EU and Russia aimed at the implementation of the climatic, ecological and low-carbon projects, technology development, promoting energy and resource efficiency in the country. Various mechanisms for stimulating green construction are considered. Analyses prepared by the VEB.RF together with the Ministry of Economy and the Central Bank of the Russian Federation Guidelines for the development of investment activities in the field of green Finance in the Russian Federation − 2020 and The Main directions of the implementation of green projects in the Russian Federation (taxonomy), and the compensation program for green bonds, green loans, as proposed by the Ministry of industry and trade. In conclusion, the author states that there are needs and opportunities for the development of the green finance market in Russia. It is important that it is harmonized with existing international standards, with existing international standards, which will attract international investors to the projects.

HISTORICAL BACKGROUND AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE ARCTIC ZONE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract. Arctic Islands, characterized by high preservation of natural complexes, began to attract travelers several centuries ago. Over the years, an increasing number of States are beginning to show increased interest in the development and exploration of Arctic lands. Currently, the Arctic offers great opportunities for tourism development. Knowledge of the history of the region's development is extremely important for future generations. Knowledge of the history subsequently allows you to determine the vectors of development of the region. The article presents material describing the stages of formation of the Russian Arctic from ancient times to the present. The author's significance of considering the historical prerequisites for the development of the region is presented. The purpose of the study is to identify and review the main stages of development and development of the Arctic. To achieve this goal, a number of tasks were set and solved: the periodization of research was determined, outstanding personalities and scientists who contributed to the development of the Northern latitudes were considered, and the stages of formation and development of the Arctic were presented. The article suggests the attractiveness of the Russian Northern region for foreign countries. The author's table presents data on the historical stages of the Arctic formation. Each of them is considered in detail. The results of the study are summarized.

HEALTHCARE AS AN IMPORTANT SOCIAL INDUSTRY

Abstract. In modern conditions, the effective functioning of a medical institution is closely related to the rational use of financial resources, which is impossible without its assessment and analysis of the financial condition. The analysis should be aimed not only at assessing the current activities of the institution, but also at continuous work to improve it. Russian and foreign experience shows that one of the main tasks of financial analysis is the study of indicators and factors that characterize the financial stability of an enterprise. The priority task of the Russian Federation is to increase the life expectancy of the population, and the birth rate and mortality rate are closely related to indicators of economic development, and an increase in the well-being of the population is a factor that makes it possible to increase the ability to monitor their health. It was revealed that the amount of accounts payable largely depends on the money actually earned. The most significant factors affecting the financial result of a budgetary health care institution have been identified and, based on a detailed study of them, a forecast of the amount of accounts payable and earned money has been made.

APPLYING MACHINE LEARNING METHODS TO IMPROVE THE PERFORMANCE OF THE HEALTHCARE SYSTEM

Abstract. The article presents the results of studying the issues of introducing and using machine learning methods in the health care system and in medical diagnostics. Purpose of the work: identifying the advantages of introducing machine learning methods into the healthcare system, assessing the impact on the economy, identifying problems and barriers to implementation. Tasks: identifying ways to apply machine learning methods in healthcare, analyzing the experience of using machine learning in medicine, creating your own model. Research methods: analysis of literature sources, comparison of various practices of applying machine learning methods in medicine, development of a model that determines the diagnosis, and generalization of the results. The results of the study are the identification of the advantages and problems of introducing machine learning methods into medicine. The article indicates the relevance of the application of machine learning methods in medicine. The problems associated with the use of data and examples are considered. In addition, the decision-making algorithm for the two classes was built according to a model that allows us to determine the presence of a malignant tumor according to the data obtained as a result of microscopic studies of cells. Problems of the further introduction of technology in medicine. In conclusion, the result of the work done was summed up.

FEATURES OF THE ORGANIZATION OF LECTURESIN MATHEMATICAL DISCIPLINES FOR STUDENTS OF NON-CORE TRAINING AREAS / SPECIALTIES

Abstract. The traditional point of view on the learning process and on educational activities in general, as a rule, is that research and teaching staff perform most of the conversational and intellectual work, and students (students, listeners) are passive recipients of the information provided. For the most part, this applies to the lecture form of presentation of educational material. It should be noted that in a constantly progressing scientific and technological society and in the age of the predicted 4th Industrial Revolution (eng. – Fourth Industrial Revolution) in this sense is not a lecture may be considered as an effective method of formation of key competences recorded in the Federal state educational standards of higher education (hereinafter – fgos VO) and educational programs developed by educational institutions of higher education (hereinafter – OO VO). At the same time, it is impossible, of course, to say that the lecture has no value, since it allows the teacher to quickly transmit a large amount of information to students and is a useful strategy for fixing, memorizing and (or) memorizing the material. This publication notes the urgent and urgent need to revise the format of organizing lectures by integrating it with other forms of organizing the educational process, such as, for example, a discussion, a press conference, electronic information and educational resources (presentation material, video clip, electronic textbook, elements of MOOC-a mass open online course (eng. - Massive open online courses), a film with a historical excursion, Excel statistics, etc.), a situational case, interactive visualization of the application of theoretical professional terms, etc. The author points out the effectiveness of the balanced use of such lectures - " symbioses "in the process of teaching mathematical disciplines, in particular when studying the discipline" Higher Mathematics", by students of non-core areas of training / specialties, since a high degree of abstraction of the mathematical conceptual apparatus traditionally causes significant difficulties for almost the majority of students. The article shows some methodological features of the organization of lectures using the above forms, which affect not only the development of imagination and logical thinking of students, but also to improve the quality of their general mathematical and professional training.

METHODOLOGY OF TEACHING PRACTICE-ORIENTED COURSES IN THE TRAINING OF ENGINEERING PERSONNEL BY THE EXAMPLE OF EDUCATIONAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL PRACTICE

Abstract. The article shows the importance of the practice-oriented approach in education in the training of technical specialists in higher education institutions. It is noted that in practical training, active and interactive teaching methods, such as business and role-playing games, take a dominant place. The article considers the benefits of gaming classes due to the more complete involvement of students in the educational process. In this regard, the paper proposed an innovative educational methodology based on comprehensive modeling of the conditions of professional activity of students, in which special attention is paid to the teamwork of students in solving problems as well as the preparation and presentation of the results of their work in the form of completed projects, which allows to solve the main tasks set by the state in front of school and teachers, namely acquiring basic knowledge and skills. It is noted that the solution of the tasks set is also promoted by teamwork and the introduction of a competitive element between different teams, since this increases the level of activity of students, as well as stimulating their cognitive activity. The effectiveness of the proposed concept is tested and the need for its comprehensive use in higher education institutions of the Russian Federation is justified, in particular, when conducting contact work during the students educational and technological practice.

THE ROLE OF ORIGINAL VIDEOS IN FOREIGN LANGUAGE CLASSES AT THE NON-LINGUISTIC FACULTIES OF UNIVERSITIES

Abstract. The article studies the culture-specific original English videos as a means of maintaining intercultural dialogue, socio-cultural competence and foreign language skills development at the non-linguistic faculties at the university. The new standards of the contemporary foreign language education have created a basis for ultimate teaching successful professional communication in a foreign language, and for this purpose, students need some skills of working with the original language sources, and particularly, with the authentic videos. In spite of this, such kinds of studies are not paid much attention to while teaching foreign language at non-linguistic faculties. The authors describe some difficulties which non- linguist students may face working with the original foreign language videos, and systematize and adapt foreign language videos learning methods for non-linguistic faculties. The exercises, proposed by the authors, may be useful for maintaining intercultural dialogue and developing and perfecting various competencies.

PROBLEMS OF BILINGUAL (BILINGUAL) EDUCATION IN SCHOOLS OF KABARDINO-BALKARIA

Abstract. Bilingual, or bilingual, learning refers to such an organization of the educational process, when it becomes possible to use more than one language as the language of teaching (learning). The article describes some problems that arise in the teaching of the Russian language to students of primary national school in the conditions of bilingualism (bilingualism). Some difficulties arise when the attitude determines the statements without the need for special acts of objectification, based on the position that the main features of the speech attitude is a manifestation of the speech activity of the individual, when the mind is not directed to the object patterns of a given language (both in listening and in speaking), which are necessary signs of bilingualism. The article reveals the main approaches of bilingual education in the mode of active bilingualism. In some national schools of the republic elementary education is conducted in Russian (the native language is a subject of study), in others it is conducted in the native language (Russian as a compulsory subject of study) and from the 3rd form in these educational institutions Russian language remains not only the object of study, but already becomes the language of instruction. We hope that the content of the article will be of some interest not only to teachers, but also to educators in Kabardino-Balkaria.

ЦИФРОВИЗАЦИЯ ВЫСШЕГО ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ: СОЗДАНИЕ ОНЛАЙН-КУРСА ПО РУССКОМУ ЯЗЫКУ КАК ИНОСТРАННОМУ ДЛЯ УЧАЩИХСЯ ТЕХНИЧЕСКОГО ВУЗА

Abstract. The article is devoted to the actual problem today – the introduction of digital technologies in the learning process of foreign students. The concept of “numbers” is given – digital, information technology. The necessity of using digital technologies in conditions of quarantine measures, when traditional forms of education are impossible, is noted. The interest of students and teachers in the competent combination of traditional forms of education and information, digital technologies is also noted. It is about the creation of a new online course in Russian as a foreign language for students of the preparatory faculty of a technical university. The structure of the course is described in detail. Each section of the video presentation and each type of assignment presented in the presentation is considered. For clarity, screenshots of fragments of video presentations of the online course are shown. It is about the results of an experiment conducted as part of the creation of an electronic information educational environment at the Moscow State Technical University. N. E. Bauman. The internationality of the experiment is emphasized – students from different countries took part in it. Attention is drawn to the successful application of digital technologies in the educational process, increasing the motivation for learning the language among foreign students, increasing interest and improving results. The importance of blended learning in the use of digital technologies in education is emphasized and the possibility and need in some cases of combining traditional technologies with information technologies is noted.

INTEGRATION OF REGULAR AND EXTRACURRICULAR LITERARY ACTIVITIES OF STUDENTS IN THE STUDY OF A. P. CHEKHOV'S SHORT STORIES

Abstract. The article considers the integration of extracurricular literary activities into the structure of the main educational program in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard. The goal is to form and measure educational results (personal, meta-subject and subject) in the classroom of a literary circle, taking into account the relationship between the development of specific topics in literature lessons and in the framework of extracurricular and independent activities of students. As an example of the implementation of the program of the eighth grade of a comprehensive school, the process of studying the stories of A. P. Chekhov ("The Man in the Case", "Gooseberry", "About Love", "Thick and Thin") is described. Methods and techniques of forming educational results when working with a literary text are described: discussion and analysis, search for moral meaning, development of communication skills, definition of concepts, work with reference books, use of presentations and reports, text structuring, formation of regulatory qualities. In addition to the formation of educational results, the possibility of measuring them at any stage of the study of the material is revealed. It is concluded that literary and educational activity, based on the relationship between the development of specific topics in literature lessons and in the framework of extracurricular and independent activities of students, allows both to form and measure all three groups of educational results in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard.

PROCESS OF PERFORMANCE OF PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY AIMED AT EFFECTIVE FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES OF THE FUTURE TEACHER

Abstract. A brief history of Bel Canto and prominent names of Bel Canto representatives are given. The article shows the formation of the performing skills of trained singers through bel canto, based on 7 components of the performing master of vocalists: musical-aesthetic, individual, technical, psychophysical, creative, emotionally rich and communicative-activating. The article presents the provisions of the structure of the formation of performing skills of trained vocalists in the process of learning bel canto. The techniques of work on the formation of performing skills, disclosed in seven components, are disclosed.

PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF EDUCATION IN THE ELEVSINIAN MYSTERIES: FROM ANTIQUE TO «HERE AND NOW»

Abstract. The problem of finding educational and educational space, pedagogical conditions that would ensure a high-quality result of education and would allow solving global problems of human society, its evolutionary path of development is analyzed. It based on the study of the experience of the Ancient World on the example of the implementation of the process of initiating youth in the Eleusinian Mysteries. The formation of personality in the Eleusinian mysteries for girls and boys, starting from infancy, is considered step by step. The article describes the peculiarity of the psychological impact on children in order to form their personal qualities that contribute to harmonious and spiritual and moral development. It is noted that the pedagogical space of the Ancient World was formed due to the idea implementation of translating Beauty and Harmony into life and considered the main task of improving a person on these principles. The pedagogical conditions and the complex psychological and pedagogical mechanism of the value-semantic orientations formation of ancient Greek boys and girls are traced. A comparison of the educational process in Eleusis and the ideas about the organization of the pedagogical space for the students’ formation in subsequent time periods is carried out. The conclusion is made about the importance of studying the experience of the Eleusinian mysteries for the personality formation in the psychocompetization process and the evolutionary education creation.

ЗАРОЖДЕНИЕ НИЗШЕГО ЖЕНСКОГО СЕЛЬСКОХОЗЯЙСТВЕННОГО ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ В ИМПЕРАТОРСКОЙ РОССИИ

Аннотация. В России в XIX веке были созданы первые низшие женские сельскохозяйственные школы, ставшие звеном системы аграрного образования. Учебные за- ведения для женщин создавались путем проб и ошибок, некоторым образцом для них были низшие сельскохозяйственные школы для мужчин. Важной особенностью создаваемых школ было не только участие, но и главная роль частных лиц в создании и функционировании учебных заведений, действия государства следует при- знать вторичными. Проблема женского образования в целом и женского низшего аграрного образования в частности актуализировалась в период реформ 60−70-х годов XIX века. Поиск путей повышения эффективности ведения хозяйства, в том числе и разоряющихся помещичьих имений, привел к росту внимания частных лиц и государства к женскому сельскохозяйственному образованию. Целью данного исследования является анализ деятельности первых низших сельскохозяйственных школ как отдельной категории системы аграрного образования. Исследование показывает, что пореформенная Россия нуждалась в женском аграрном образовании, в том числе и низшего, начального уровня. Статья затрагивает деятельность некоторых женских низших сельскохозяйственных школ, работа оценивает некоторые особенности их функционирования. В своем исследовании автор приходит к выводу о полезности таких школ и при этом их неспособности существенно повысить уровень аграрных знаний. Высокий исследовательский потенциал сохраняет проблема исследования женского сельскохозяйственного образования среднего и высшего уровней.
